Refrigoator door does not vacuum seal tight like it used to when new. Door barely stays closed on gasket.

What I hears sounds as if the refrigerator needs re-leveling. Here are some basic things to do as in this video. Every refrigerator is not always the same but the idea is to cause the doors to shut inward if you should be standing in the front and let both doors loose from your hands the doors should shut inward and firmly if not over adjusted in the final steps. Your model is a nice large model! Here is what one user manual mentioned below.

NOTE: Custom or full-overlay door panels must be installed

before leveling.

1. Open the door and place the level on top of the refrigerator

frame as shown. Check to see whether the refrigerator is level

from left to right.

2. Use the leveling bolts to adjust the leveling legs until the

refrigerator is level from left to right.

3. Place the level(s) on shelf or shelves. Check to see whether

the refrigerator is level from front to back.

4. Use the leveling bolts to adjust the leveling legs until the

refrigerator is level from front to back.

5. Be sure that all four leveling legs contact the floor and

support the full weight of the refrigerator.

6. Make final check to ensure the refrigerator is level.

Adjust Door Swing

1. Check that the refrigerator door can open freely. If the door

opens too wide or you are installing full-overlay custom

panels using a Trimless Trim Kit, you should adjust the door

swing.

2. Remove the door stop screw from the bottom hinge.

3. Hold the door open to a position that is less than 90°.

4. Replace the door stop screw in the bottom hinge and tighten.

NOTE: If you are using full-overlay custom panels with the

Trimless Trim Kit, the door stop should be replaced in either

the 90° or 110° position. See "Handle and Door Clearances

for Custom Panel Series."

Install Side Panel

If the built-in area depth is 25" (63.5 cm) or more, the side panels

can be installed inside the side trim or attached to the outside of

the side trim.

IMPORTANT: Thermador is not responsible for the removal or

addition of molding or decorative panels that would not allow

access to the refrigerator for service.

1. For the inside side trim piece, slide the front edge of the

routed side panel into the trim piece.

2. Nail the rear edge of the panel to the support board.

A. Level to check left to right leveling

B. Level to check front to back leveling

A. Rear leveling bolt

B. Front leveling bolt

A. Door Stop in 130° position

B. 110° position

C. 90° position

Maybe these instructions will help you take the door apart: REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Mark the location of the door hinges on the door.
  3. Remove the door trim panel and water deflector.
  4. Label and detach the electrical connections.
  5. Remove the rubber conduit and the wiring harness from the door.
  6. Support the door with a suitable jack, being careful not to damage the paint or trim.
  7. Remove the bolts from the door side of the hinges and remove the door with the aid of an assistant. To install:
  8. Position the door to the hinges with the aid of an assistant. Install the bolts.
  9. Adjust the door for proper door-to-body alignment and lock-to-striker engagement, then tighten the bolts to 38 ft. lbs. (48 Nm).
  10. Attach the wiring harness and rubber conduit to the door.
  11. Attach the electrical connectors.
  12. Install the water deflector and door trim panel.

Want to replace painted front panel with stainless steel

The installation instructions and the Owner's Manual do not say how to replace the panel.  It may not be possible to change without replacing the entire door.
Look for trim near the top of the door that is attached by screws.  If the trim can be removed the old panel can be slid up and out and the new panel can be slid in.  Alternatively look for side trim piece(s) that might be removable allowing the panel to be slid in.
