intermittent internet connection netgear advised me to download something fromm www.mynetgear .com and something about putting in a number 4.01.37 i was unable to follow the instructions and am stuck please help i am a novice at this

- thank you that was the problem but had to ask an engineer to come to the house i was ubable to follow the instructions

i think netgear wants you to go to their website to download the latest firmware or software for your router.

you have to load this firmware or software to your device because this sometimes fix internal problem on the router.
