That is fake, Why?because if you do some research in the net you will see a product there named "Nintendo DS Lite Charger cable" and if you open it you will see there that the product was previously named USB "TRANSFER" cable but now changed to USB "CHARGER" cable.

I don't believe this drive will work with a Nintendo DS. I have the same External Hard Drive and I just tried it on an Nintendo DS, and it's doing the same thing for me.

How to add a games

hi,
read this
If you've already downloaded Free Nintendo DS Lite Game Roms but still do not have any idea how to install and play with it, then do not fret. There is a simple procedure in doing it.
After this complete step by step tutorial, your NDS Rom games will be automatically copied into your R4DS and you'll be able to play like a pro. I assume that you use Windows XP or higher and you have sufficient computer skills to follow me through.
1. Unzip the zip file you've downloaded using your favorite unzip application. Keep it in a safe place for future use.
2. Remove your microSD card from the R4DS cartridge.
3. Insert your microSD card to the microSD USB adaptor that you got when you bought your R4DS.
4. Insert the microSD USB adaptor (where your microSD card is inserted) to your PC's USB port. Windows will automatically detect it.
5. Go to My Computer. You'll see a new drive in it. That's your microSD card. Double click it.
6. Copy the .NDS file that you unzipped on step 1 and paste it on the drive that you opened on step 5. Never paste it to any directory. Just paste it on the root directory. You only need to copy the .NDS files, no more, no less, just ignore the other files that goes with the zip file.
7. Safely remove your USB drive when done copying all the NDS files. I guess, you know how to do this. If not, ask anyone around you. icon_smile.gif8. Remove the microSD card from the microSD USB adaptor.
9. Insert the microSD card to your R4DS cartridge.
10. Insert your R4DS cartridge to your Nintendo DS Lite.
11. Turn on your Nintendo DS Lite. If you followed all the directions above correctly, you'll be able to see the copied games on the list of games on your R4DS now. Enjoy!
Of course, please note that copying game ROMs to your R4DS is illegal, unless you have the original copy of the game and you're just copying the backup file. R4DS is definitely NOT illegal, it's how you handle and deal with it that could make it illegal. So just make sure that you're copying a back-up of your games. Enjoy!

Ds lite

I'm going to need more information on this.

What do you mean by your 75 in 1 game? Is this some third party software, using the DS as an emulator, or is it an actual game licensed by Nintendo.

I'm not clear why you would need to plug it into the PC, or why it would ask about disc space at all, since the DS doesn't have a hard disc.

I bought a ra(ndsl/nds ) for my ds lite and

Mine works fine!!
Download English 1.18 from the R4 website.
Unzip
You should have 4 files on your card
_system_
moonshell
_DS_MENU_DAT
_DS_MSH_NDS
you then add the .nds game files from wherever you get them from
Make sure the card is formatted first, ie there are no other files on it. try FAT. rather than FAT 32. I can't remember which but I've had no problems with either the card or the software, best thing since sliced bread, and it only cost me a tenner.

Help with games disc for nintendo

You need a computer to transfer the files, and an USB adapter to plug the memory or the card to the PC.
Find the .NDS files in the disk. These may be compressed so you will need a compresion software like winrar or winzip to decompress the files and take the .NDS files only.

Make place in the card by taking out some GAME .NDS files, dont touch other files or you'll need to install all over again from the web page. Now that you have make some place you can take the .NDS files and put them in the device memory so the next time you turn on the DS you'll have that game in your menu.

Be careful to make enough place, as if you take out eight 32MB files you cant put in one 256MB instead...

N Card for Nintendo DS

I don't see any support on Nintendos website for an N-Card. It might be a product that isn't used in the United States.

You should contact Nintendo directly by phone to see if you can get support on it.

Multi game card for ds lite

Thanks for giving the card name, that helps to investigate possible causes of your problem.

The common causes of these problems are full cards memory because the seller fill the memory with game roms to make the device sell more attractive, though to save games you need memory and completelly filling the memory capacity of these cards make them to have issues like the ones you told before.

The good thing is that you can connect the NDSL to your PC throught the suplied USB cable and SLOT-2 (GBA game slot) N-Card Flash Linker cartridge.

You can download the required software latest files from the manufacturers website. Once connected, turn on your DS, your PC will recognize it and you will be able to drag and drop files, then you can delete or copy some less used game roms or save files from the card to your PC leaving free space for the others to run.

If nothing of that works for you, then you would try to find a FAQ or support forum site where you can find more options to solve this issue.

Good Luck...
