I HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN I GO TO PRINT PROPERTIES MY PRINETR SHOW A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE CAN YOU ASSISTE ME PLZ

GuruThe print properties are completely software based and have nothing to do with the printer itself. You've had to have installed the wrong version of the print driver or your operating system is set to the wrong default language. I'm assuming you would know if you were running a foreign copy of Windows so I would uninstall the printer and then download and reinstall the English version from the Ricoh website.
