I am looking for a manual for a sewing Machine Singer Creative Touch Fashion Machine 1036 and I need the bobbins for this machine. How can I find what I need?

Here is the full parts schematic for the machine. If the repairman can't find it, it is unlikely anyone can. You can try Singer direct, or go to an engineering workshop and have one made.

Try a brand new needle and verify it is installed correctly. Rethread the machine, top & bottom.

If the machine continues to miss the bobbin thread, most likely the timing is off. Search for sewing machine timing or take it for service.

I can only think of one problem and that is that you have not fitted it properly. Open the bottom section, remove the bobbin case with the cotton reel and with your fingers press against the parts left behind. You may find something is loose, therefor not fitted correctly. You can also run the machine whilst the bobbin is out and listen if there is any noise or anything shaking. Refit everything taking care that the parts fit tightly.
