Question about HP Deskjet F4180 All-in-One InkJet Printer
A couple a days ago i had my color cartridge refilled. after I installed the cartridge, I went to print a document and there was no color. Afterwards I thought maybe the cartridge was bad so I went and bought a new one and ended up with the same problem. I never had this problem before. I just can't figure it out. If someone can point in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated............ thanks
I had the same problem with my printer which is identical to yours. I called the tollfree number for HP products and was advised by the techician to try a "cold restart" , which simply means to unplug the power cord and replug it a few seconds later. It was a simple solution which fixed my printer's problem.
