Question about Garmin Rino 120 2-Way Radio
I cracked the screen on my rhino on my last deployment. Is there a place i can send it and have it repaired or can i do it myself. the warranty has already ran out.
It looks like Garmin offers complete factory overhaul for out of warranty Rhino120 units for $99. For complete details on how to get an RMA number and ship the unit to Garmin for repair go to their website at:
While it may also be possible to purchase parts from Garmin directly, I would recommend against attempting to repair the unit yourself unless you a lot of experience working with and repairing surface mount electronics devices.
Hope this helps.
