Wire diagram 10335223

Anyway long story short, I was looking at the circuit boards of both radios and found a small 8 pin chip that was a 4Kb EEProm .
I figured this could be where the vin is stored and maybe other vehicle settings that can be changed by through the radio.

I tried to exchange these EEProms between both radios with the rationale that I would bring the vin and settings from one to the other but this did not work.
It results in a 'CAL ERROR' message for ~1-2 secs when the radio is on.
An interest side effect is that Theftlock was completely bypassed :) :) :) :)

So I returned each EEPROM to the radio they belonged to
but left pin 8 of the EEPROM not soldered/connected. (pin eight is power to the EEPROM)

Except for the CAL ERROR message for a 1-2 secs when I turn on the radio, all works perfect.
All sound settings, bass, treble, radio stations, resume place on the cd/mp3 are stored when the vehicle is shutdown too.
All integration/Class II features:
Chimes, OnStar, dimming, off when door open etc work fine too :)

Bottom line, just find the 9355093 8 pin serial EEPROM, take a soldering iron and a very small screwdriver/knife.
Heat pin #8 and lift/pry *very* carefully so it no longer contacts board.

that's it.

hi
Carefully reading user manuals help in most of cases :)

Just use Read flash option. After reading complete, SagemEG will show you phone code. If not success, there is another option to get code - sent flash.bin to Support@SagDD.com.
Here is log of reset to default , read eeprom n read flash

I HAVE A KYOCERA ECOSYS FS-4000 DN PRINTER. WHEN I TURN IT ON, I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE STATING "CALL SERVICE 0150:0003704". WHAT DOES THIS MEAN AND HOW DO I FIX THE PROBLEM?

The error indicates -

Engine PWB EEPROM error Detecting engine PWB EEPROM communication error.

Causes - Improper installation engine PWB EEPROM. Check the engine PWB EEPROM installation,
- Defective engine PWB. Replace the engine PWB

IF turning the printer off and unplugging then plugging back in and turning back on doesn't correct the problem I would suggest you contact an authorized Kyocera service center such as www.gfbm.net.

I have just replaced both ink cartridges (canon brand) and I am getting an E 2 flashing message saying I have a Service Error 5100. I have turned it off and back on and still the error message. help,...

Go into Service Mode and perform an EEPROM reset:
This printer has a service mode for service-related settings and for performing test prints. The operator panel buttons are used to enter the desired service mode.
Service Mode Operations
1) With the printer powered off, hold down the resume button and press the power button.
2) While holding down the power button, release the resume button and press the resume button twice in succession. Now release the power button. The
indicator will blink in green and remain lit in green.
3) Select one of the following service mode functions by pressing the resume button the specified number of times.
Press Resume Indicator Functions
Zero times Green Power off the printer
1 time Orange Service test print
2 times Green EEPROM information print
3 times Orange EEPROM initialization
4 times Green Waste ink counter setting
5 times Orange Destination settings
6 times Green Print head deep cleaning
7 times Green CD-R test print
8 times Orange CD-R print position correction (horizontal)
9 times Green CD-R print position correction (vertical)
4) Execute the function you have selected (except for model setting) by pressing the power button. The printer will switch itself off after performing the function.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response. Happy Holidays!

My ecosys fs-3900dn printer gives this error 0150:0119695

It is a "mechanical error". The part after the colon is the number of pages printed. It's probably worthwhile taking the trays, toner and cartridge out and opening all the access doors and checking for something obvious before calling in an engineer.
