ummm.. just insert the darn thing and see if the camera will use it. It is smart enough to know what cards it can recognize. Also I've heard of Canon cameras and Olympus cameras but did not know they made one together.
Always check the batteries first but if is it still giving the same fault, your camera is faulty. "Zoom error" is repairable It should be taken to an authorized repair centre for a repair estimate. Very few digital cameras have any user-serviceable parts.

If your device gets covered in water, act fast and rationally, and you may be able to save your device. 1. DO NOT TRY TO TURN IT ON 2. Pull out the battery. 3. Please your device and battery into a bowl of uncooked rice to absorb any moisture. 4. Please it in a warm, dry place where it can receive direct sunlight. 5. Be patient. It is recommended that you leave it in there for at least 48 hours. 6. After 48 hours, put the battery back in and power on.
Unfortunately this is a repair issue with the camera. You may want to call Olympus Customer Service to discuss their repair policy and procedures. Their telephone number is 800-622-6372 option 2 and then option 3.
To turn on audio, go to the video setting. Hit the menu button. Hit ok to select the camera menu. Go down to the picture of the microphone and hit ok again. Select on and then hit ok again. Your sound should be set. Hit the menu button twice to get you back to taking videos.
