Question about Whirlpool LTE6234D Top Load Stacked Washer/Dryer
The spinning mechanism within the washer that usually spins and pulls down the clothes continually throughout the wash is spinning uncontrollably throughout the wash, without actually "catching" and washing any of the clothes. It's still somewhat functional, but the load size is cut in half. Any suggestions?
Whirlpool twin stack washer , its working properly but all towels and wool cloth ruined , all the other clothes r full with towel flur

Sounds like the transmission is gone the thing you call the spinning mechanism is call the adjatator it should move left to right I can tell you right now to replace the dog ears if it is a kenmore washer they go bad all the time they cost about 5 dollars they are under the cap on top of the adjatator you will need to pull it off to do the job good luck Ron
