CD/DVD for Eonon E0852

I have an Eonon E0852 and it works fine except I can't put CD's/DVD's into it. They go in half way but that's it...it does, however, spit it back out when I hit eject.
Any suggestions??

Easy fix, replace the infrared sensors on the mainboard of the unit. I tried to get support from eonon & they were not interested at all. The sensors you can pick up from jaycar, **** smith electronics etc. You will have to align the sensors once you have soldered them in. Hope this helps, it worked for me.

I have an eonon GPS/DVD/Bluetooth flip up touchscreen car stereo. Navigation works fine; when I swith to dvd or backup camera, unit screen shuts off.

Do you have the PARKING BRAKE ON??? You need to have the wire coming from the back labeled PARKING BRAKE hooked to ground. You also might have a radio damaged during installation. You can email me at eightballproaudio@yahoo.com, I am an unauthorized distributer of eonon radios...

Eonon gps e0855

The brown wire, safety ground? needs to connected the ground (-ve), or the vechiles chassis, this a saftety circuit so it wont work unless this wire is wired to the negative of the battery.
