Question about Tomtom GPS
Do a Hard Re-set on it. Firstly, you have to locate the reset button (which I see you have. Why it is hidden away in such an awkward position I don't know. I carry a pin/paperclip around with me for this purpose!) Press the reset button once until the TomTom screen switches off. Then with the TomTom off press AND HOLD DOWN the On button on top of your TomTom. Keep holding as white computer script appears on the screen. Carry on holding down until the remainder of the script appears to almost fill up the screen with script info and then this stops. Then release the On button and the TomTom icon will appear. After 2 to 3 minutes the TomTom should switch to show the current location map and look for satellites. Locking on to satellites can then take up to 15 minutes by the way. Hope this helps.
