Question about Canon EOS 400D / Rebel XTi Digital Camera
There are some spots and lines on my camera's LDC screen.
They are not too bad, but I'm annoyed because the camera is new.
Is there any tricks that I can make them less visible?
do you mean the plastic cover has become scratched or the screen itself is malfunctioning?
If the screen is malfunctioning return it.
If you have scratched the screens protective cover there is a great product called "displex" (i buy it off ebay) buy it with the special cloth, Its a very fine abrasive that will polish out scratches and blemishes.
It takes some time rubbing the screen to work but it usually comes up a treat (dont press too hard) Iv recovered some absolutly trashed screen covers with it. Once its sorted use a screen protector to keep it good
Best of luck
