Reformat the disk and re-install the OS unless you get the password. Sounds like you don't have it.

Call Barring is a network feature. The Password for this feature is set by network. So don't need to worry. Just call your Network Service providers and ask them for the code, they will first authenticate you and will give you your code in return.
Note: Don't get spammed by someone telling you he can give you the code.

Call the support number for your phone provider and tell them you need to reset your password.

Double check and make sure your caplock key isn't on and that you don't have a stuck key. You can check this by typing in notepad or an email, type your password and look at it. Once you see that it's typing the correct password (and correct case, ie capital letters or not) you can try copying the password and pasting it into yahoo login and see if it works then. Because you can't see a password as you type it this often helps.

Also think about if you used a capital letter or perhaps spelled something slightly different when you picked your nick name and password.

Make sure you don't have a stuck key on your keyboard and that the caps lock key isn't down. Often that is the reason why passwords wont work but since you can't see what you're typing you can't tell. You can type the password in notebook where you can see it and know it's correct then copy and paste it in to make sure.
