Question about Mitsubishi WD-52525 52" Rear Projection HDTV
When all else fails try this.
With the tv on, with your remote punch in this series of commands--menu , 2, 4, 7, 0 the tv will show the option menu.
Make sure "initialize" is highlighted. if it is press "enter" on the remote. Wait a few seconds. The tv will default to customer factory settings, in other words the way the tv was when it came out of the box. DO NOT HIGHLIGHT ANYTHING ELSE IN THE OPTION MENU !!!!!!!!!

After you set the lock, you must use your pass code
to view a locked program, view the locked TV, view
a locked channel, cancel the lock, or enter the Lock
