- The dehumdifier worked well when I first purchased it, but about 3 months after i purchased it, it stopped collecting water. This is a rip off.- bderrickAug 21, 2008
- Brand new. Was working when plugged in. Was connected by hose to empty into floor drain. Since initial setup, no water is being produced. It runs, lights are on, speed can be adjusted and humidity level can be set, but does not lower humidity and seems inaccurate.What should humidty level be set at for normal basement living? - Guest
