Where can I buy a voice coil for a 15" kicker cvx dual voice coil 4 ohm?

Do you have the technical capabilities and know how to be able to replace this voice coil? I am Not sure if you have ever tackled this type of problem. Otherwise you may not be asking where to locate a replacement at. Good luck in your search.
A thumbs up would be greatly appreciated if answer is helpful for your question. THANK you and GOD BLESS

My type r sub has no sound on one coil but if i hook it up to the other coil it has sound and if i hook it up how its supposed to be hooked up it has no sound. What could it be???

hi,
You have to buy a new one because its coil has been burned. If you use tha woofer with the working coil then it can damage the amp. So try to buy a new one.
OK

"Is there any way to repair voice coil?"

the simple answer is no.

the long answer is you could try contacting the mfg of the sub and see if you can order a new foam ring, cone and voice coil to replace the one you will have to destroy to take it out.

Jl 13 w7 burnt voice coil

Nope!! I burnt up my 12W6 from supposedly under powering it. Your going to have to pay for a new coil if under factory warranty. Other wise ..... spent good money on a paper weight. Sorry for your loss, I know that I was pissed. :-(

Blown voice coil (punch)

No. You would have to find a vendor of the wire used in voice coils and wind them yourself, which also means you have to pull the cone out without damaging the surround or spider , and be able to put is all back together too . Your best bet with an older sub is to find a good deal on ebay.
