Model SHU43C02UC/17 fills and drains fine but during the wash and rinse cycle the water just dribbles out of the spray arms. I checked the water flow to the machine and found it to be fine. I removed the filter in the basin and made certain it was clean. I also removed the arms and checked for clogs, none were found. Remove cover of the impeller in the basin and checked for clogs and found nothing. What next?
Regarding a Bosch built in dishwasher SHV46C03OC/14 The upper arm is not spinning. I have cleaned the unit by hand, filters, arms and with CLR (chlorine, rust and lime cleaner) as suggested by Bosch. The bottom dishes come clean but the top is not. I have checked the water level after it fills and it seems like it is only near the filter on the bottom. Is this normal water level because of the type of circulating system of this unit? Is this a water pressure problem? --and dur to what - the switch goin off early or the cir pump. I am reading too much about this machine on these blogs. I did notice that the detergent cup stays half filled. Is this due to the water not hitting it or the mineral deposits from our well water? Please help Thanks
Motor pump has gone out. pump needs replacing. the unit needs to be pulled out inorder to access the pump. the sides of the d/w must come off.
I am adding this comment to this old posting because I just had to deal with the same problem. What I found was that the impeller inside the pump had come apart. You have to take the entire cleaning compartment off of the base in order to get to the pump and the impeller seal kit was a whopping $66 ... Ouch! I was surprised to discover that there is a different pump for discharge, which masked the circulation pump problem.
Good luck to anyone having to deal with this one.
I also have this problem after seven year of twice a day use: The impeller is a two piece part. The front piece (green) with the vanes is glued to the back piece (white) and they have come apart.
I was able to remove the circulation pump without completely removing the tank from the base. (There is a description (with photos) of how to do this available on the Internet) .

my jenn air built in dishwasher gets no water during the wash cycle
How can I confirm it is the motor which is bad vs. the control pannel? I just do not want to start buying parts only to find out that something else was root cause.
