Question about Goldstar DH304 Dehumidifier
I have a hose attached to the drain on the dehumdifier with a hose clamp (so it wont fall off) and have made sure to elevate the unit higher than the drain itself with proper pitch on the garden hose.
The bucket still fills up however. What could be causing this and what should I do next?
Check the connection where you attached the hose. It may be plugged or covered by a plastic film from when it was molded.
