Not to be nitpicky but I think you rated the wrong solution as a FixYa, I was the one who suggested Nero but you gave the FixYa to Basti. That means Basti got paid when I was the one who provided the final working solution. Not that I absolutely need the money to survive but it's nice to get recognition for my efforts and it's currently paying off my Wii :-). Thanks for using FixYa and I'm glad you are happy with Nero, I like it too.
I'm sooo sorry. I'm not sure what I did that caused this response. I'm new to the FixYa community. But if there is a way to correct it I will. I was thrilled with the solution. And because of it I will use FixYa agian.

Sound like a malfunctioning
CCD (Charge Coupled Device) image sensor. Rare, but possible problem with your LCD screenviewer... in both cases (LCD or CCD) this isn't a job that you could solve yourself; this wrong
images or abnormal colors, scratchy purple lines, blank or black pictures,
and/or black videos with good sound being recorded on the camera's flash

I suggest to uninstall and re install Easyshare software. Another thing you can do to be able to transfer your photos, get a card reader. Remove the memory card from your camera. Plug the card to the card reader and hook it up via usb of your pc.
