Our fax machine can be set to give us a Transmittal report after 50 faxes but we need a confimation that the fax went thru (send only of course) after each fax we transmit. How do I program the fax to do this or can it be done?

Sending Confirmation This report shows the fax number, the number of pages, elapsed time of the operation, the communication mode, and the communication results. You can set up your machine to print the message confirmation report in one of the following ways (see page 5.3): • Automatically after each transmission (ON) • Automatically only if an error occurs during transmission (ERR) • No report printed at all (OFF). You can print this report manually at any time you want. SENDING CONFIRM - A confirmation report shows whether the transmission was successful or not, how many pages were sent, etc. Select ON to print a confirmation report automatically each time you send a fax. Select OFF to turn this feature off. Select ERROR to print only when an error occurs and the transmission was not successful.
You need to set up the Transmission Verification Report and Journal Period in the menu table. Press Menu/Set, 2, 4, 1. -OR- Press Menu/Set, 2, 4, 2. You can use the Transmission Report as proof that you sent a fax. This report lists the time and date of transmission and whether the transmission was successful (OK). If you select On or On+Image, the report will print for every fax you send. If you send a lot of faxes to the same place, you may need more than the job numbers to know which faxes you must send again. Selecting On+Image or Off+Image will print a section of the fax's first page on the report to help you remember. Note When the Verification Report is turned Off or Off+Image, the Report will only print if there is a transmission error, with ERROR in the RESULT column. 1 Press Menu/Set, 2, 4, 1. 2 Press ? or ? to select On, On+Image, Off or Off+Image. Reports you can print
You can print these reports whenever you need to. Some of these reports can be set to
print automatically also.
1. Press Report/Help.
2. Choose the report you want by using !".
3. Press Start/Enter when the desired report is displayed.
4. The selected report will be printed. The available reports are shown below:

Multi-Communication This report prints automatically if you have faxed documents to
more than one location by using Broadcasting.
Power Fail Report If you have a scheduled job (such as, delayed fax and send poll)
and there is a power failure, this report is printed automatically
when power is restored.

It can also be used as a quick reference guide.
These reports show information concerning the transmission and
reception activities. They can be printed on command. Or if the
machine is set to do so, they will automatically print after every
40 transmissions or receptions. For more information, see Fax

Phonebook This report shows all of the numbers currently stored in the fax
machine’s memory as One-Touch Dial and Speed Dial.

communication results. To set up your machine to automatically
print, see Sending Confirm under the “BASIC FAX menu” on
open both one-touch speed dialing panels--press DATA REGISTRATION >set> press search buttons to display REPORT SETTING >set> search to OUTPUT YES (This will print a report with every transmission, next option will give you the option of whether to print the first page of the document (yes) to remind you of what it contains)
that will give you a tx report with every fax sent..... if you want to see if a fax went through open both panels the press REPORT then press SET that will give you activity report
Press Dataregistration use the arrows to scroll to report settings ,press set press set again if TX report showing on the display scroll with the arrows untill is show ON and press set.
Then you will get reports printed ou for every document send.
I'm not sure which key is used on that model but look for a key that says one of these: menu/user settings/reports/program.
what you are really trying to do is get to your reports programming section, then select tx report, then choose print tx report and will fix your problem, you may want to change you fax number if that number changed also.
