Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W30 Digital Camera
Ours popped off. Is there any way to repair it, or should we just buy a new camera???
Mine did the same thing and i super glued it with a tooth pick.. but then a few months later it came off again and i lost it. i looked on the sony web site and there is nothin about replacing the part and i couldn't find a service center at all, you can send it off to get it repaired but it is a flat rate of $91. That is also the amount of a new camera. I would try to call the support line its 1800488sony. They are only open at certain times though. Wonder how many of these buttons have popped off. They aren't very strong.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
