Hello, My phone was working great until I tried to get connection with a friend of mine who has a motorola. We hooked up our phones via bluetooth to share some music. Since then whenever I make a bluetooth connection my phone goes static and doesn`t work, it won`t go off or back or nothing. The only way to make it work again is taking out the battery and puting it back again. PLease hellp me out on this one I`d really appreciatte it.
Hai, i too had this same problem friend.. I tried many ways and nothing worked.. Finally i got my mobile re-installed through a service center which made my bluetooth work again.. You also try the same .. Hope this solution would be help full.

Make sure your phone and the other Bluetooth device are charged, switched on and within range of each other. Make sure Bluetooth wireless technology is turned on, and that the devices are set to be visible for other Bluetooth devices. Check that the two devices are paired, and have found each other. If there are still problems, you'll have to reset the connection and pair the two devices again.
In some Bluetooth installations, you must activate a COM port manually in your computer. This is done differently for different brands and models of Bluetooth devices. Please see the manufacturer's product documentation.
If a COM port is not activated
1. In many cases, you can right-click on your phone icon in the window where all found Bluetooth devices are shown, and select a 'COM port activation' item in the menu. Make a note of the COM port number of the activated port. 2. Open Sony Ericsson PC Suite and click Tools/Phone Monitor Options.../Com Ports. Enable the COM port you activated in step 1. 3. Keep the Bluetooth wireless technology turned on in your phone, restart the computer and try to connect again.
I think the bluetooth set up is not the problem.might be your earpiece not work.we can test by your phone stick. the way is: move right then press * move left twice than press * move left then press *.it must fast,if it work on your phone display show:Service info,Service setting,Service test,Text label.choose service test to make sure your problem.

well if your phone has java application system
then buy a bluetooth dongle if you dont have one already
and then get a java app or games and send it via bluetooth to your phone and it should go and download game and install
well thats how i did mine
hope this helps
make sure they are Java games (either jar or jad) as that is all it excepts and if they are try another download of this game I've already installed on my k550i (so I know it works) Because not all games are compatible with al phones.
This is one that works (if It does not work your phone has a fault): download: http://download12.getjar.com/downloads/web/pub/25496/Mines.jar (it Is minesweeper) just copy and past into your web browser.
