Question about Motorola Mobility MOTOKRZR K1 Cellular Phone
Im new to this so bare with me...I was reading a question already asked that you replied to involving the K1 showing missed calls. My phone will not update anything that has to do with incoming or outgoing calls. It will cycle through names that were already in the recieved calls list before the problem took place.
You said that if the other person with the same phone would "please let me know the make and model no of the phone and i will give you the information on how to reset or format the phnoe." I was wondering if you could pass whatever that information was my way. Thank you.

I had the same problem on my K1, and I fix it like this:
- Insert a new SIM card into your phone (borrow it from someone you know)
- Start the phone.
- Type in some number then ring it (press on green button)
- Now when you press green button the phone should show recent calls
- Switch off phone, insert your sim card, switch on, press green call button
- The recent calls will be empty but there
This one solve my problem with recent calls.

Tips for a great answer:
1 - Switch ON your Motorola KRZR K1 with a NOT ACCEPTED SIM Card,
2 - Phone will display "Enter Special Code",
3 - You can now enter the Unlock Code.
NOT ACCEPTED: We mean, to use a sim card from a network other than the network your Motorola KRZR K1 is locked to.
WARNING: If one of theses messages appear :
- "Contact Service Provider"
- "Tampert Alter"
- "Wait before enter special Code"
- "Contact Service'
It's because you or somebody already entered too many wrong codes, you just have to leave the Motorola KRZR K1 ON with the errors message and after 40 minutes to 2 hours the message "Enter Code Special" will appear again!
