What you probably need to do is turn off, then on, the headset. In today's push button happy society, sometimes we don't always follow the instructions the manufacturer provides. Please follow the instructions carefully in the link below for the Plantronics Voyager Pro+, paying particular attention to "Listen to the Voice" and "Tips." You should be up and running in no time.

Since you have nothing to compare it to, it's going to be difficult to pin down the culprit. Being a refurbished headset you want to make sure the ac adapter is the right one (the light on Plantronics chargers is green, not blue). You can call them at 800-544-4660 x5 x5538 to get the specs on the charger.

My plantronics voyager pro will not charge turn on or anything. do you know the peoblem?

I have seen on some Plantronics Bluetooth headsets that you can perform a system reset by doing the following, It might help but not sure.

Instructions:
While plugging in the AC charger, hold the power/pair button. The headphones will show a solid red or blue light when they have been successfully reset.

Voyager pro / can't turn off, can't re pair, light flashes red blue red blue

Had the same problem. Light just flashed blue and red. I decided to put the headset on the charger while it was flashing and after about 30mins of being left on the charger it started working normally again. Hope this works for you.

Try to re-pair the headset to your phone to make sure that it has a good connection. Before running through the pairing process, be sure to totally delete the headset from the Blackberry's menu. You may want the headset turned off for this process.

Once you make your Blackberry discoverable, then put the Plantronics Voyager Pro headset into pairing mode by holding the power button until the headset flashes red and blue. Here is the link below for the Voyager Pro pairing instructions.

I bought the plantronics voyager pro bluetooth headset two months ago and now it's dead. It's been working great for two months. When it's plugged into the wall for charging the red light is illuminated....

One thing you can try is to power down and then power the headset back up. The instructions are on the link below for the Plantronics Voyager Pro, particularly the page "Listen To The Voice."

If that doesn't help, then you have a bad processor in the headset. It's still under warranty so contact Plantronics at 800-544-4660 x5 x5538 for warranty service.

I have a Plantronics Voyager Pro and it will not take a charge. I plugged the charger into my phone to check it and it does work on my phone except not with my blurtooth. Thanks for your help.

If you have the Plantronics Voyager Pro headset, you should be using the ac adapter that came with the headset ( model 79414-01 ). If the headset will not charge, it could be broken or the internal battery may be worn out. Keep in mind that the Voyager Pro has a one year warranty, and Plantronics will replace it within the warranty period.

I am having problems getting my Voyager Pro bluetooth to recharge. I am not getting the solid red light to indicate the unit is charging.

So if it won't charge, it may be that the charger is bad, and you may not have a way of charging it to find out if it is the charger or the battery. If it is the charger you can get a new one, there is a link below to the right part. If it is the headset and it is still under warranty return it to the vendor.
