ERROR MESSAGE TELLS ME PRINTER IS OUT OF PAPER

    I DID NOT USE THIS PRINTER FOR 7 MONTHS AND IT IS CLEAN, AND LOADED WITH NEW PAPER. IS THEIR SOMEWHERE IN MY POSTAL ZONE 60014 I COULD HAVE IT LOOKED AT. THANK YOU.

    errror message says there is no paper in feeder. But there is and when I press cancel on the machine the paper rolls out without printing anything. Also the roller continues to roll while attempting to print then stops, that's when the error message appears.Itt also says press paper feed.

Often, especially in humid weather, the paper will curl and the grippers can't get to it.
Try a clean, new flat stack of paper.
Be sure the paper is loaded fully into the tray so that the grippers can get to the top sheet in the tray.
Finally, avoid humid areas for keeping the device and paper - basement offices or those who live in warm coastal (muggy) climates have this problem a lot. Equipment issues like this is one reason why business offices try to maintain constant temp and humidity levels.

It is possible that your Epson WF-7820 is experiencing a paper jam or a misalignment of the paper cassette. If the paper cassette is not correctly inserted into the printer, the printer will display an error message that tells you to insert the cassette correctly. To resolve this issue, make sure the paper cassette is correctly inserted and that any paper jams are cleared. Bypass tray has correct paper size but gives error message to add correct paper size. Won't print
Once you have the message, try removing the paper from the bypass tray, then introducing it again. Alternatively, leave the tray empty then send the data, when it asks for paper, introduce your 11 x 7, and it should work.

I'm getting an error code Illegal attribute value on my hp 4050 printer
Nothing to worry about. It just means that you have printed a page or pages that all the trays do not have the correct paper size. Say your trays all have A4 papers and you printed a PDF document (US letter size) downloaded from America. Printer prints the page, then print another page with your error message just to tell you your pages do not match the papers. This is HP PCL6 code. A Postscript printer driver will just refuse to print if page size mismatches and keep the user wondering why.

To avoid the message, just make sure that your documents have the same page settings as papers in your printer trays.

Everytime I try to print an envelope using my Canon imageRUNNER 1023iF I get an error message. I'm using a Microsoft Works Word Processing program. I have loaded the envelope tray and nothing happens...
To get rid of error, unplug machine.
Sett. the correct paper size ( size of envelope ), paper type (envelope ), both on printer properties ( when you prompted to print ) and on machine ( when you put envelope on bypass, machine auto ask you ).
Do not forget to tell printer that he needs to take paper from bypass ( printer properties )

I received this message when I was trying to print a pdf file. I attempted messing with the positioning of green paper guide to no avail. My co-worker suggested I uncheck the Choose paper source by PDF page size box on the Print pop-up box. This did the trick.

My LaserJet4250n Printer keeps printing a page recurrently. Except the former job is cancelled Manually, it prints the previous instead of the currently sent job. Moreover,it displays the following...
I think what is happening is when you get the error, the printer automaticaly reprints the page it was on when it got an error condition that makes it think it didn't print the page correctly. The clearing paper path message comes up after it thinks it had a jam. Displaying load plain paper could be because either the printer is not configed for the correct type of paper you have in the tray you are trying to prin form(push the green check button, arrow downt to paper handling and see what your trays are set for.) Also there is a blue switch on the tay(looking for front of tray it will be on the right hand side of tray rail) the switch says standard or custom. The switch should be in the standard position.
Are you getting any errors or jams, if so, tell me what they are.

What error message is on the display?

To solve one common problem, try this: Take out the paper tray. Slide the blue fence at the back away from the paper (toward the back of the tray) then slide it back to the correct position for the size of the paper. Replace the paper tray and see if the error message still appears.

MF5770 ck paper size- change paper size
Go to the queue of print documents and continue deleting them until you get a message that reads no more in the queue. That will clear the error and then you should be able to resend with the correct paper size.

In our case the correct paper size was selected and received this error.
