Question about HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Whenever I fax or copy something using the Automatic paper feed tray, my HP 7310 squeaks and groans to high heaven as it pulls through the paper to be copied or faxed.
I tried opening the ADF cover and cleaning the rollers with a damp lint-free cloth. However I can’t get to both rollers. One set of instructions pictured the roller mechanism lifted with two rollers in view. How do I lift the roller mechanism. When I pull on the blue “handle” in only lifts the mechanism a bit, and I don't want to break it. .
BYW Cleaning the one roller seemed to help a bit, but it’s still noisy.
Thank you for any help you can give me.
The problem is the cluthch that controls the feed roller, do not overdrive the the roller in the opposite direction it will damaged the mechanical clutch inside.
that is the one making the sound.
