Wore the Brooks Adrenaline for athletic walking to help my foot with plantar fasciitis. The American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine recommends that you get the proper shoe for the kind of motion control you need to correct overpronation or oversupination and that the shoes has good cushioning to help control trauma to the foot.
Some models they recommend with extreme motion control include:
New Balance 1123
Asics Gel-Foundation 7 WSC or Evolution 3

Brooks Beas
Saucony ProGrid Stabil
Models with moderate motion control include:

Brooks Adrenaline GTS 8
New Balance 90
Ecco RXP 1660
Mizuno Wave Alchemy 7 WSC
Light motion control models include:
New Balance 1010 / W / S
Asics GT-2130
Mizuno Wave Nexus 2
Saucony ProGrid Echelon Score - 35

    Hi
I have (had?) plantar fasciitis for about a year now. I think it is all very individual. One has plantar fasciitis because of his high arch so he needs arch support. The other has plantar fasciitis because he is running too much and he needs cushioning... and so on. You should try to see if the shoe is comfortable for more than a month and you feel no pain.
Recently I read this guide about shoes for plantar fasciitis in:http://www.plantar-fasciitis-elrofeet.co...
    Take care

Anyone sussed out Plantar Fasciitis yet?

It is an annoying (and rather painful) affliction that affect many people. There are a variety of treatments to provide relief, but the cure is just take it easy and time will take care of the rest. See this link for info on symptoms, causes, and treatments.

Plantar fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis can be diagnosed very easily and accurately. Pain in front of the heel, first step in the morning is a clear indicator. Properly fitted full custom orthotics will cure this problem, usually within two weeks or less. But beware, not all orthotics are designed properly. There is plenty of snake oil available. To test your likely benefit from orthotics, roll up a sock, wash cloth or something similar and put it under your arch in your shoes. Feels better, yes? IMHO, Sole Supports makes the best functional orthotic on the market, and are available nation wide from podiatrists, chiropractors, athletic trainers, physical therapists and others. Check their website solesupports.com. In all honesty, I am the general counsel for Sole Supports, but I really believe we have the best product of this type, and have grown from a one man operation behind the inventor\'s house to now having about 100 employees, with gross sales of 8.5 million last year.

What are the best sneakers for plantar fasciitis?

You would need to give more information about what is causing the PF. If it is pronation, a good motion control shoe like the Etonic Pro III is one to look at. I have PF but supinate and my feet dont fit these shoes. See a pedorthist and get things looked at and a proper solution!

I have pain (not unbearbale) on my both feet especailly when I get up in the morning. After some time it gets better. What is the reason? I am 62 years. Is it age related? Thanks abraham

.

You have Plantar Fasciitis. I leave a link with more information.

Plantar fasciitis is most often seen in middle-aged men and women, but can be found in all age groups. Plantar fasciitis is diagnosed with the classic symptoms of pain well localized over the heel area of the bottom of the foot. Often the pain from plantar fasciitis is most severe when you first stand on your feet in the morning. Pain often subsides quite quickly, but then returns after prolonged standing or walking.

Plantar fasciitis

I am guessing these shoes are what gave you plantar fasciitis. The obvious thing to do is to go to your foot doctor an ask them what shoes they think would work best for you. First you may need to just get new cleats with better arch support. Or you can try to put insoles in them to help in both the left and right. Next is treatment of your foot/feet. Ice it and try to rest it. The best way to help it is by going to a foot doctor, because it could be worse then just plantar fasciitis but a stress fracture. Also you could ask them about the cleats themselves.

Plantar facitis

I am unclear of what you are asking. If you want more information about it, check out Pedorthic and podiatric sites. How long have you had PF? what interventions have you had? If you wear orthotics, will they fit in the shoes?

I'm a professional tennis player.Lately I've been sufforing from Plantar Faciitis. Which tennis shoe is recommended considering my injury?

After suffering Plantar Faciitis in both feet a few years ago, I learned that the Adidas Barricade provided the best arch support to help prevent it.
It is true! Bought the shoe and have never had the problem again. Recommended it to a number of plantar faciitis suffering friends and it worked for them too!
But, one friend switched to a different shoe and suffered plantar again. Poor devil! He's back in the Barricade II.
I sure hope they will keep making this shoe because the other Barricades do not provide the same support for me.
