Cannon MP830 Printer cartridge jam

ink tank not fully in place and cartridge tank holder jamed and willnot move left to correct the problem. Just makes grinding noise and no movement

Error Code 5100,,,how do I fix this?

- Called Cannon tech support and fixed the problem..should have done that in the first place......

there is ahook that sits on the leftside and a spring it sits on to give it some lleadway check to see that it doesnt break, there is also a section of the carriage it slip thru i also try to get it re attached.
