You probably do not need the keyboard software as a keyboard driver is integrated into all modern operating systems. (and the BIOS has a keyboard controller too)

How would i connect my wireless keyboard to my lap top ?

Simply use the insulation disk that came with the wireless keyboard to install it on your laptop . You may have to modify your device settings with regards to the internal keyboard when you enable the wireless keyboard . Load the installation CD into the laptop and follow the directions . The software might setup and modify your device connection settings automatically for you , and perhaps with options or hot keys to switch from wireless and internal keyboard settings on the fly .

The mouse works but when we type on the keyboard, nothing happens

Hi. Well you didn tell what kind of keyboard are you using. Is it a USB or a wireless. I am assuming that it is a USB keyboard.
  1. 1st of all check whether the key board is properly plugged in2 your machine properly, check for loose connections.
  2. Check whether you have plugged it into the correct port, because usually the the internet keyboard do not adapt to the USB port, and a PS/2 to US adapter port wont work.
  3. Download and install the latest Keyboard Software
  4. Before installing the new driver dont forget to uninstall the previous one, install the new one and reboot.

Wireless mouse and keyboard issues

If you have both sets of keyboard and mouse plugged in, turn off the computer and remove the old mouse and plug in the new mouse. Reboot and if necessary use the keyboard to login. Once windows is loaded let it detect the new mouse and then shut down again. Take out the old keyboard and reboot. You should now be able to use both new pieces without problems.

My media center p c m8277c electronic keyboard wont go on susie

Have you turned off the pc, unplugged the keyboard, is it a usb or is it a ps2.....does it have a flat end, or a round end when it plugs into your computer ?
If you have unplugged it and then re-connected it, have you turned it on ?
The numb lock is on the right side, press it and the keyboard should light up with a corresponding light.
Try it.
What is the serial and model number on the keyboard...
Quebec Keyboard Kit
it should be a sticker underneath the keyboard.
For Quebec customers, a French-Canadian keyboard kit is available. The keyboard kit includes localized keyboard, documentation, and software.

It should have a cd for software that you may have to install to make the keyboard function correctly.
Good luck let me know if I helped you enough.

Install a new keybord

Unplug your current old keyboard, plug in your new keyboard. Two types of connectors: PS/2 or USB. Depending on your keyboard brand, go to that vendor website and download that keyboards software (optional).
