Cannot start robohelp x5

I finished setup successfully: Robohelp for Word starts, but Robohelp HTML does not start. The process is launched but no application starts. Any idea?

Wizactually i think u dont have any software for opening the html file download the mozilla or opera and go to icon and right click then open it in opera it will work
