Question about SanDisk 2GB Cruzer Micro SDCZ62048A10 Hard Drive
I purchased a Cruiser 4.0 GB pendrive several months ago. It worked like a dream until several weeks ago. All of a sudden, my computer does not recognize it. I tried it at work and my work computer had no problem recognizing it. My home computer runs Vista and my work computer runs Windows XP. I've not downloaded any additional formating because I was afraid I would lose my current files which I want to keep. Any suggestions?
The home computer has a small chip onits mother board called disk controller. its this controller which recognises it.so the software driver is corrupt and needs reinstallation or the hard ware controller is faulty.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
