DCP117C Error message " Unable

DCP117C Error message " Unable to perform a head clean".
checked Brothers advice and confirm that there are foreign objects in printer or paper jams. Inks low but not dry.
Tried resetting printer by unplugging printer and powering up again several times to no avail.

Any help appreciated

-   I have the same problem, seems like theres not a replacement waste toner cartridge,more of a hidden reset along the lines of this Epson software maybe ,-EPSON PRINTER RESET CD-ROM AND MANUALS FOR 99% OF EPSON on eBay, also, Printers, Computing (end time 14-Jan-09 17:06:43 GMT), -   huxy311
