Necht cooker, hob, extractor

Hi there,
Not sure if you are the right person to ask, if not perhaps you could point me in the right direction.
I have bought a house with the above installed but have no instruction manuals. The hob needs an ignition switch button and the stove needs a new lamp.
Any advice gratefully received
