Put the SD Card in your computer. Open my computer, right click the drive that corresponds to the card, and click "Format...". Do a complete format. That should fix it!

Try reformatting it by inserting into a card reader connected to PC. If it is indeed only a bad sector in the card then you will lose data but still salvage your card. Otherwise you will lose both card and data. Also, if you are using a linux OS then there are data retrieval methods available from corrupt cards as well. Kindly clarify OS.
there is no requirement of driver to format any external memory card you may format the card by following this step:
First connect you memory card to the PC and check the drive letter of your memory card Start - run - (type) cmd - (press enter) a black window will come write the command
format (drive letter followed by :) for example if your memory card has a drive letter as "K" then you may write like this c:\format k: (press enter) you may also use the command c:\format /s k: (press enter)
