Help with connections (by 2 users)

Hello,
I have had a Lexmark all in one printer, fax, scanner and copier for about 3 years, but I have never been able to use the fax capability. Why? Well, I don't have a clue about how to set it up connection wise. I need to know how to connect it along with a telephone and separate caller id box. I tried to set it up the best that I knew how, but I was unsuccessful. FYI....just to let you know that I also have a computer and router all connected in the same space too.

I have the same problem.

I have connected my All-In-One to the phone line and the Wall outlet and all I have on the display is Please Wait for Machine to Power Up.

Hello, I have a lexmarkx125 I can fax, and as soon as I add ink I'll be able to print and copy,my problem is that I can not scan to my computer. It gives me msg that the pc is not connected. I also tried to link via disc and no go. Can you please assist me with this.

Connect the phone line frm the wall jack to the line in on the printer. & then check if u get a dial tone
