Question about Samsung Televison & Video
I have read about this problem when searching for tv reviews. The problem i believe is the tv is in shop mode. This is whats used for tvs being shown in store which can be played with so the settings reset every day. You need to go into the settings and change from shop to home. Not sure where you change this but it comes up on initial setup. Hope this helps.
