Power problem

my akira 14" crt refuses to power on. when i opened the case i saw a blown carton capasitor that is the red like non polarised capacitor. now i dont know the values cause is blown i tried using a 240v to replace it yet the tv refuses to come on. plz how then do i fix my tv back so it can power on. what value of capacitor do i use n what other component do i check or change. plz need help ill so much appreciate
