Hanging symbol i purchaced one mp4/wma/rec/amv player when i switched on on the screen only the busy symbol is displaying it was not going inside the players. I think it is hanged any one help me to rectify this please.

Sir please connect your device to your computer and see if any indication is shown on the display of your mp3 player
if yes then open my computer and a new device will appear under the removable devices...please open it and if there is a folder named mp3 to music then also open it and copy paste all music you want

If not then please make sure in the settings of the device that USB is set to MASS STORAGE MODE

it is not formatted..format it using fat32.

try to reformat your player so you can you use it properly and to enjoy it instead of keeping it right? so that's it ok goodluck n_n!!!!!

prevously my pc was detecting ma MP4 player... but now it is getting hung ...and not even detected ma pc....plz do a needful help...all helps [email protected]

You could try and Load rockbox or the original manufacturers firmware back onto the mp4 player.
