Just stopped working and all the lights keep blinking and the screen says "reset power" but everytime I unplug it for a few minutes and turn it back on it starts blinking again. Now it has stopped blinking and the lights are off and the screen says check cartridges but the little camera light (bottom front of machine) is flashing. No buttons work. The machine is less than 18 months old - is this the end of it? Have I got a lemon?

- Sounds to be very similar; goes through ink cartridge startup check then starts blinking and asks for power to be reset. Once in a while the USB light will sit there and blink. Also, the ink cartridges will end up in the middle of the carriage when you open the unit. ?? I doubt it is a software issue, as it should copy without any computer interface. - same as other s on this site - my 6310 started blinking and reads "reset power". I will try to re-install software. Other sites suggested plugging in directly to AC outlet. Don't bother - GuestJun 17, 2008
