You might be able to find some useful information under the owners manual which most of the time can give you a few tips on why something is happening to your MP3 or device and how to fix it [unfortunately not always the case].
Here is the information based upon the product number and manufacturer information you have left on here:
- If you need clarification, ask it in the comment box above.
- Better answers use proper spelling and grammar.
- Provide details, support with references or personal experience.

Pull Mp3 player out of the USB port. Walk directly to trash can. Discard immediately. Turn around and give yourself a swift kick in the arse for not doing this sooner. I've wasted hours on this as well.
If your adding music to the device and its not playing, its because your audio files are not the correct format. This unit only plays MP3 audio or Uncopyrighted Windows Media Audio files. You can test this by connecting the MP3 player, copy one of the sampe audio files under 'My Music' location on your computer and paste it on your mp3 player. It will play the audio fine.
How to play: Hold in play button until red ligh is steady, then press Play again to start the audio.
Make sure you remove any audio file that is not the correct format.
to check format of song:
right click the song, go to properties, under properties it will say 'Type of File', make sure this says MP3, thats the safest way to go.
I have been able to sync mine, though it wouldn't transfer some songs. It would sit there trying to convert it but wouldn't. So I tried the alternate way to get them on. I just did a drag and drop and all the songs played fine. I just had to be sure to hold the play/hold/stop button for about six seconds before it would turn on.
BTW all of the songs including the ones windows wanted to convert played fine this way.
i had the same problem, but after connecting it to my pc, via usb and looking in my computer under removable storage to open up the files in the player and make sure they were there, the player starting to work again after removing from my pc, worth giving it a try, unless you save all the mp3's to your pc then do a factory reset, within the player menu.
