Question about Gaggia Classic Espresso Machine
I have a fairly new Gaggia, however for some reason the majority of times that I try and make a espresso, the flow of water is very eratic and the coffee spurts everywhere instead of coming out in a nice flow. I am using espresso coffee and not over filling it with coffee. What am I doing wrong? Does anyone else have this problem? You're help would be most appreciated.
Unlike the other person offering a solution I have experienced this problem like you when making the first cup. I found that sending a blank shot of water through first does the trick before putting the coffee grounds on. Hope this helps.
