get rid of your paper air filter all together and put on a K&N air filter because when you use paper air filter that it chokes the engine from getting the correct amount of air flow so the K&N air filter works great with an increase of 10 or 20 percent air flow into engine so go buy one plus you do not have to clean the K&N air filter until 50,000 miles too !!

Blower motor resistor is in the blower motor housing, on the passenger side inside the car. Easy to access.

I need to know where the thermostat and coolant temperature sensor is located on a 2001 daewoo leganza

the thermostat is behind the front engine cover and you will also need to remove the timing belt to get at it ,the temperature sensor is on the cylinder head but i cannot remember exactly as i get confused between this vehicle and the opel astra model which is the europeon version or a vauxhall in the UK or a holden down under

My camshaft position sensor in my Daewoo Nubira crapped out on me, I cannot get anybody to do the recall. Everyone keeps telling me I am at a loss. Is there anyone I can contact that will get this done for...

There different kinds of Cam sensors, Just by the cheap one around $60 and put it in yourself and save your self money because your car is 2002 and not under warranty any more and if your sensor failed then you need a new one,And Not that hard to do. Good luck

How do you replace the camshaft position sensor on 2000 leganza?

This is covered by Daewoo under warranty. Contact DaewooUSA and they will send you instructions and warranty information. I had mine fixed under warranty in September, 2010. They paid for everything, new sensor, new wire, new fuse link.

Was changing camshaft position sensor and now car wont start. I am getting a spark and engine starter turns. The only thing i did suspect was try one time to start car without camshaft position sensor...

It is possible your timing chain/belt has slipped. This may have been the original cause of the trouble code that led you to change the sensor. You will have to remove the timing cover to check the valve timing. If you need instructions or have more questions, please let us know.

Locating camshaft positioning sensor on 2000 Daewoo Laganza

hi,
it is under the upper timing belt cover between the camshaft gears. According to the manual touching anything related to timing belt requires removing million parts including right front wheel. I suspect this might be an overkill just to remove upper timing belt cover.

So my advice would be to get it done by some mechanic as u will not be able to do it and may damage other parts also.

Thanks!
Sandy
