Hi,

A couple of suggestions:
1. If you are using a 2 telephone port output LinkSys Phone Adaptor, pls verify that the phone is plugged in to PHONE 1;
2. Set up port forwarding on your router. You must specify that four port ranges be forwarded to the IP address of the Phone Adapter. These four port ranges are as follows: 5060-5061 (UDP), 53-53 (UDP), 69-69 (UDP), and 10000-20000 (UDP);
3. Assign Static IP add to the LinkSys phone adapter and disable its built-in DHCP.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Calls to land line being diverted to mobile

you cannot do it as the diversion is put in place by the people you are calling
you are lucky that you are being informed as you can hang up immediately and save the price of a mobile call
over here you are not informed until you get the account with all of the mobile calls that you never made
