I can call out but calls can't come in .They are being diverted to my mobile. This a Faktortel line on my phone

Did you try contacting your phone service provider to check if call divert has been activated on your line?
Reset the phone to the factory settings
you can go into the menu and select phonesettings you will find call
divert option there all you need to do it deactivate the service

A couple of suggestions:
1. If you are using a 2 telephone port output LinkSys Phone Adaptor, pls verify that the phone is plugged in to PHONE 1;
2. Set up port forwarding on your router. You must specify that four port ranges be forwarded to the IP address of the Phone Adapter. These four port ranges are as follows: 5060-5061 (UDP), 53-53 (UDP), 69-69 (UDP), and 10000-20000 (UDP);
3. Assign Static IP add to the LinkSys phone adapter and disable its built-in DHCP.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Kindly give the Model number of he phone that you are using. Is this an IP based phone that you are using ?

Do you have call direction enabled by your service provider? Give them a call.
