Ok I change out the alternator on my car now it squills when I first start it then after its been running awhile or I give it gas it goes away. What can I do to get the squilling to stop or not start?

The TPS would be what I would do had that problem once myself solved the problem. as for the ticking noise sounds like a lifter is bleeding down as long as the noise goes away you will be ok. But may I suggest that if you are going to keep the vehicle for awhile longer you might want to have a set of lifters put in it.
Most of the time when you hear a squealing sound when you accelerate, mainly when the engine is cold, this means the serpentine belt has stretched or cracked and will need to be replaced. You can check by spraying water on the the belt with the engine running, if the noise goes away, you will need to replace the belt with a good quality belt. Most of the aftermarket belts will make the same or similar noise.
