Question about Goodman GMS90703BXA Heater
The condensor will run but the blower will not start. however the blower works fine on heat. Help!
I would also check the "G" wire at the Thermostat and make sure that it has a solid connection. The other end screws on to a terminal in the furnace. Check this connection as well. This green(G) wire is what activates the 120v relay on the circuit board. You can test this by turning the thermostat to the off position and then jumping the 24v R terminal with the 24v G terminal at the furnace. if the fan comes on then the problem is in the thermostat wire or the thermostat itself.

Check the wires coming from the blower motor. Find the one going to "Cool" on the circuit board. Make sure it has a good connection. You can also try and removing a wire that is now on "Park" and putting it on "Cool" and see if that helps. If it does, you have a bad motor. If nothing changes, I suspect a bad circuit board or fan relay on the A/C side of the unit. It may take a technician to diagnose, sorry.
