Question about Hitachi GD 7500 Internal DVD Drive
I purchased a new pc with AMD Athalon 64 X2 5200+ processor.
I want to execute c & c++ programs on the system.when I copy the folder TC in to C drive it is copied, but when i execute TC.Exe the system making a sound like "DING" and showing the message "THE NTVDM CPU HAS ENCOUNTERD AN ILLEGAL INSTRUCTION.CS:0000 IP:0075: OP:f0 00f0 37 05".click on close to terminate the program".Please help me and tell me what i should do.
Go to tc.exe icon right click on it then go to properties,click on compatibility tab tick all the options and run on window mode,after starting u cn maximize using alt+enter

that's not a processor problem
i have the same problem
shopkeeper says that" you can't run tc.exe on nividia chipset with pci-express slot.(only agp can run).just use via or sis chipset "
i just change nividia (gigabyte m61pme-s2) mainboard to via(msi entry level) chipset that's it
same os (with new driver)

Recently i bought a system with the following configuaration
CPU AMD Socket 940 AM2 dUALCORE 4000X2
MD Asus Nvidia Chipset M2 NMX for AM2
the problem is when i am trying to exectute the c programs
the c window is disapperaring and the system is hanging, i need to restart again.
could u give me the solutions for that.

I am qalso having bthe same problem when i start tc the windows screen dissapears and i not able to open it
