Question about Panasonic VIERA TH-65PV500 65 in. Plasma Television
At my work there is a brand new Viera Panasonic Plasma. Every 5 minutes or so a message pops up saying that it is refreshing the image. I can't find the option to shut this feature off. The volume is somehow also set to 25 so it is constantly resetting the level of the volume too. Can anyone help?
Used Panasonic Concierge Chat and they had me do this:
press volume down on the TV (not the remote) and then press menu on the remote for 10-15 seconds to bring up a check screen. After that, unplugged TV for one minute. Plug TV back in and set up for Home. Can exit out of the rest of the set up. So far so good......this was happening only periodically for me, so we will have to see if it works. I was also having to go to TV Video and select Component 1 (cable for me) every time I turned on the TV, but the above action fixed that. Now it goes to the input that was on when the tv was last turned off. Concierge is free. Very cool.
