I have no disc and cant install the printer - HP LaserJet P2015n Printer

go on to lexmark uk site, drivers and download from there

You need to install the drivers for the printer. You can go HERE. Select the correct operating system that you are using

uninstall the software for ur printer and try reinsalling the software and also check ur instruction manual to see if ur printer is compabile with the try windows u are using.

if the disc wont run, you will have to download the drivers from the internet,

Go to the Lexmark website. Click on the support link; lookup your specific model # and select the operating system you are running. The software/drivers will be listed for free download. Download, install, and reboot and you should be all set. Hope this helps.

Try this:
first uninstall the disc's software
than restart the laptop
if correct it will automaticly detect your printer and ask for the disk.
cancel the installation.
Insert the disk and cancel the automatic running program for installation.
go to start, printers, add new printer and follow the steps from there untill it says "have disk" click on have disc and brose to your CD drive. It will automatically indicate which program it requires, search on the disc that program and click OK and continue the steps.

Reason: automatic installations from manufacturers sometimes do not install all files needed by windows, installing via windows itself it will automaticcaly pick the correct files from the disc.

Well it all depends on what type of printer it is. Most printing companies don't give a disc with their printer. Mainly because they are supposed to install automatically when plugged in. If your computer asks for a disc, maybe it needs one to install the printer. try contacting the company who mad the printer. You never know if they forgot to put the disc in when they packed it. If that is the case, they probably will be more than happy to give you another disc.
