Hooking stereo to parking brake

Don't even bother hooking it up to the e-brake. You can bypass the e-brake. Take the peach-colored wire and ground it to metal inside the dash. Put a toggle switch inline on the wire and mount it somewhere you can reach it. When you get the blue screen when starting a movie, open the switch for 3-5 seconds, then close it again to reapply the ground. Your movie will start up, and you can then drive away with it playing. The bonus is that you can play a DVD while driving, and you also don't have to worry about tapping into the wrong wire and potentially damaging the head unit.
